I tried to call the "888" number, line went dead, I have been trying live chat since last night and the link is dead.  Where is the "QUALITY" for QVC?  Maybe they should change their name?

I believe that this problem is in many places.

@Group 5 minus 1    I know many companies have made changes to their systems and I for one do not expect to see a return to the kind of easy phone access I would prefer.   That was already on its way out before the pandemic and now it's far worse.

I haven't needed anything from a company like QVC recently, but I have run into very frustrating episodes with major financial companies- insurance companies, banks, and utilities seem to be taking turns raising my blood pressure.   They all want us to use dot com or their automated systems, yet neither works for many issues beyond the very basic.

  • Love it or hate it, I think QVC still has the best CS in the business.  There's always someone available to help with a problem.  If not on the phone, we can always email the mods who, depending on how busy they are, generally solve problems instantly and effortlessly.   We're very lucky to have this service, and I hope it continues indefinitely.

It beats the heck out of Macy's.  They might as well send you an e-mail with the finger and be done with it.

I will add doctors' offices to financial companies for raising my blood pressure.

Call 1-800-367-9444. That is the number I always use - shortest wait time seems to be between 9:00pm Eastern and midnight Eastern. Smiley Happy
