I ordered on April 30th, it said I would receive by May 25th. Kind of a long time but ok, things are crazy right now. Then says will deliver May 29th. 🙄. I check last week to see if it's shipped and all it says is shipping detail. I tried calling, can't get through. Tried live chat, no go. I email. No response. Supposed to deliver today. Still says order detail, try calling and chat can't get through. I understand about delays but at least let me know what is going on and respond! 😡😡

I feel for the cs reps that are having to deal with all these frustrated customers, they aren't responsible for the problem but I bet they are taking the brunt of the anger😔. I just want a response!

I apologize for the delay in shipping your Ravello comforter. This is not in our warehouse but is coming directly from the vendor. It looks like it should ship midweek but I will monitor it. We are also trying to contact the vendor for an update.

Please do not list order numbers in this very public forum.
