Customer service and Web browser issues

Anyone call customer service for help ..only to get a rep who says someone will call you back within 4 hours and then never get a call back?  Happens to me all the time and today I have a web browser issue with QVC on my account (as if someone went in and changed the settings) and I cannot get ONE PERSON to talk to who knows what they are doing.  Many are STILL working from home... Are you kidding me?

What is your browser issue?  Maybe someone can help you here or at least give you a clue what's wrong.  

 

Or...better, you can email the Social Team at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com with an explanation of your problem.

Why would people still working from home be a surprise?

 

Many, many, many business are not returning to actual offices.

And also post your issues on the 'Electronics' forum, there are many posters here that are really savy about computer issues and 'fixes'.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Don't know if this will help you, but sometimes my device's settings change just because there was an update. 

 

And my browser will frequently switch itself from mobile to desktop.

 

From your post I have the idea the issue is in your browser/device, not within QVCs jurisdiction.

   ... I dunno. Maybe I'm misreading your whole post.
