Fitnation Ultra Bike Company Satisfying their customers:

 

I emailed the Viatek company (that makes the Fitnation Ultra Bike) has excellent customer service. I emailed asking about Bluetooth connecting to the bike? It comes up to open Settings on my iPad and connect to Bluetooth. This bike does NOT have to be connected to the Bluetooth on your iPad. They have a new spin type bike called Connect that will use the Bluetooth.
I also had a question on where the Scenic Videos for the Fitnation bike were for us to view? You go under Demand in the app -lower bottom and click on Scenic. Also under ....More at the bottom right in the app select the first bike for our videos.

Lou Lentine-the President of the company! Very quick responses also. Very pleased.
I thought this may answer a few questions you may have about the app. Our bike was put together in 45 minutes this morning.
