Customer Service -please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to return some leggings and the bag did not arrive with a return form. I went online to my account and there was no option to print one. I was able to print a return mailing sticker--but not the return form--and the directions said that a return form must be included.

PLEASE email the "return form" to me: Order **** for item A380834. Please advise - as I need to get the return started ASAP. thank you.

You don't have to have a return form, just write down ALL of the info the form contains (use an old one as an example to help make sure you don't miss anything) on a sheet of paper, making sure to include the reason for return and whether you want a refund or an exchange.

 

I've done it many times over the years when an invoice was missing, lost or destroyed.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

The return form should print out along with the return label when you are in order status.

Sometimes, I return an item and I pay for it upfront.  If I have thrown out or misplaced my order receipt that came with the merchandise I just go to my order page, print out the actual order and write that I am returning it to please credit my visa.

@Barbara-QVC I found it.... I had printed the return label but nothing online said anything about the "return form" and the directions said the "return form" had to be included. Finally, I just picked up the printout of the return label off of the printer---and I discovered exactly what you said. So, thank you.

I have written my own return slip with my name ,email,order# , item,price description of item and reason and they have accepted it.
