Would someone please respond about this. It has gone on for months that I have not been able to view reviews or write reviews.
Thank you for your support!

@Shogirl. There is something wrong on your end. I read and write at least one review daily and have had no problem. Remove the cookies and restart your device. Try using a different browser....I have 3 I switch between them.

Thanks for the suggestion, @Kachina624, but I tried another browser and I'm still getting the same results with regard to reviews. I don't have any problems otherwise on this site.

@Shogirl, Did you also completely delete cookies/cache/website data?
I agree with @Kachina624 that it's highly likely to be related to your device rather than the website, since most people can access the reviews. I know of a couple of instances in which posters are using very old iPads that are not updated to the most current iOS software, and they have trouble accessing the reviews because of that... this website is extremely glitchy and not especially compatible with older software.
What kind of device are you using, and what is the operating system software version? Also, are the browser versions the most current, and if you're using a full desktop version do you use addons/extensions which might be blocking the reviews?
I can see and also can start the process of submitting a review (I don't want to actually post a review right now) on my devices. I use an iMac (macOS 10.13.6) with either Google Chrome (v. 71.0.3578.98), or Safari (v. 12.0.2), or Firefox (v. 64.0).
Also, I use the mobile Safari browser on my iPad 6 (iOS 12.1.1), iPhone 5 (iOS 10.3.3), and iPad 3 (iOS 9.3.5).
I hope one of us can help you find the cause of the problem. I know how aggravating this website can be.🌻

@dooBdoo, thank you for your explanation. I did delete the cookies, but with no luck. This is my work PC and it's old (2010) using Windows 7. I'm in the process of getting a new PC (finally!), so maybe this problem will disappear. Otherwise, I'm thinking it's settings that I can't change(?) Lately the company has gotten really sticky about using the internet and cyber security issues.
