Very dissapointed with customer service. All you get is a run around to options that are not useful. Phone numbers to no where, on liine chats that take forever!

 Can't cancel my order because it was in process? Well, it was not in process. They should be investigated by the State of Pennsylvania for how they trick and mistreat their customers. Then they blame COVID or the Post Office? Really?

Isn't it interesting how all of these "new" posters are suddenly popping up, and their first post is to *itch and complain, and tout that "they'll never shop with QVC  again"?

I've been thinking theres so many new posters because they are trying any avenue of recourse they can find. Now I'm seeing some customers are having trouble getting QVC to honor their 90 day return policy. Just unbelievable.

I’m a new poster because I’ve never had an issue before and this seems to be my only outlet. I’m a real person, just trying to get answers about why my 2 items I ordered together over 3 weeks ago never shipped. QVC, is having more issues than any other company I have ordered from. I’ve worked shipping and retail. I’ve been a manager at a plastic brick company! Not all of the new people are spam.

I have been a customer for at least 25 years & my 90 day returns were not honored! I will praise CS if they get them fixed. I'm sick of excuses. Under normal circumstances I would have been able to get mine right back. Between Covid & our USPS being closed for awhile, my Dad having a heart attack I finally had to just do an exchange & have USPS pick them up! And then received letter that I didn't return my items within 30 days! All of my orders were from Mid Feb to March. They were picked up on May 12th. They shipped them all back! Yes I am upset!

Customers can excuse many issues due to covid virus but if you place an order for an in stock item and it never ships for a month if then , we should have the option to cancel and now we do not.  I was on hold for an hour yesterday because QVC sent me an email regarding my order placed on 5/25.  They changed my order but the email did not say what was changed!  It went from two items to one with price remaining for two.  So I tried to find out and sent an email to social.  I still do not know what was changed unless it is a ship date...and my request to cancel was met with it is in process.  Do not take orders unless you can ship the order...or give us accurate information on shipping dates. If you cannot do that then cancelling needs to be an option whether I process or not.  We do not buy in process we buy in stock.

I'm with you!

 

I'm NOT a new Customer, I'm shopping here  for 34 yrs  and ( even before that )  and a BIG SPENDER ,to boot!!!.

 

In  fact I was the very first customer to call in an order on auto ordering.....lol

 

I'm  finished shopping here! I have conqured my habit with the help of delayed or lost orders,food arriving late,melted,moldy, or not at all,packages lost, smashed ect,...you name it!!!  

 

I'm still waiting for a pair of shoes I bought in May.

No canceling allowed!

No tracking!

No Shoes!

No Credit issued,even after sending,please help, e-mails to CS!

 

I cancelled all my A/D's which were many and I don't shop here anymore!
