Could someone in Customer Care help me with an order? I'm on order #3 of the wrong color being sent. I've spoken to the reps on the phone who keep trying to correct but they don't have the ability to include a note like "please make sure the right color is sent"  If there is an official emai l need to send to someone, could someone here kindly let me know?
