Customer Care: Still No Tracking on Expensive Ring Shipped!

I had sent an email to the QVC Social Team and Paulette gave me a tracking # a few days ago.  But on the order, it says Shipped and Tracking is not available.  Something is wrong.  I have no idea when this item is coming or where it is coming from if at all.  I am suspicious that it was stolen.  Please check on this for me and get back to me.  Please call the manufacturer and confirm that it was shipped!  Something this expensive should not be shipped without a "tracking #."

I am noticing many people including me are having problems with QVC with their shippment/exchange

have you tried going directly to the shippers website (ups, usps) and put the tracking number into the tracking field?

Hi @stellabystarlight I have emailed the team that works with the vendor to see if a tracking number is available.
