Customer Care/Mod

My order was short today.  I called customer service and spoke to Melinda at 5:37 p.m. I ordered 3 pairs of the same color and size lunchtime special. A265059  Order #  only 1 pair in the box.  Order #  1 pair which was correct.  Order #  should have been 2 pairs of shoes in the box.  Im requesting a credit for the short pair $41.22  2 easy pays.  My husband came home from work just when the UPS truck pulled up.  Not good....Please credit the pair short.  Thank you.

Note: the 2 boxes today were the same size Q59  141/4 x 10 1/4 x 6  Only 1 pair of each would fit in the box   1 pair short total with tax 43.80   A265059 order 4986897417 1 pair short  and    Thank you.

Hi @BN MI

 

In looking at your orders,  I do see that Melinda issued you a refund for the missing pair when you spoke to her earlier.  I will submit feedback regarding the boxes used.
