I ordered an air fryer that is still in process, and I just noticed that the price has dropped $20, from $99.98 to $79.98.  I paid a total of $105.98 with tax and the sale price is $84.78 with tax, a difference of $21.20.  I called customer service and expected to get a refund on my credit card for $21.20, but I was told I could only get a $20 credit for the change in price and not for the tax.  That doesn't make sense to me, and I don't think that has been the case in the past, so I wanted to check with the social team and see if that is the correct refund policy.

Hi @Shop Too Much, I checked your order and it is to far into the process to change the price to $79.98, if we could the tax would be changed also however we cannot change the tax being sent to your state. Please email us at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.

I should think think they would credit your account $20 and the related tax credit would automatically compute - i.e., customer service wouldn't have to process a credit for tax because it's automatic.
