Corporate, please have your staff send me my refund!

It's been since Dec 26th and QVC has yet to refund me, although they say they have. My CC company says they did NOT receive a credit to my credit card from QVC. This is becoming a nightmare. It's Feb 17th and still nothing. Someone is not telling the truth about the refund/credit. I've been on the phone all morning with QVC. Now I'm waiting for yet another person to supposedly check into this. Can someone suggest where I can go from here?
