Quality has gone down greatly in QVC products. My mother ordered a desk for my brother which arrived with gashes, we ordered a hot pot which started leaking, and jimmy the baker rolls which arrived spoiled, along with many other items that came with defects. We are tired of the constant returns with only a handful of items being good. She has been a long time customer and viewer for over 36 years and this situation has brought her to tears. Please fix this QVC.

Quality is horrible we purchased a sandbox for our grand daughter for Christmas and she was playing on it when it literally collapsed.  Thankfully she only got a few scratches but QVC is not willing to do anything about it without us boxing up the broken pieces and sending it back to them which is ridiculous! This thing it nothing but broken wood with sand mixed in completely useless! We have called and did several chats as well as sent emails with no response.  This could be a law suit for them. The sad part is my grand daughters Christmas present is a pile of broken wood!

Two years later...nothing has changed.  Received slow cooker that rapid boils on both Low and High, received faux oil lamp with defective light mechanism and flawed cheap wavy glass chimney, ordered Pereia Underbed Storage Set of 2 and received Set of 3 small compact storage containers.  The best one is GreenPan Carb Reducing Rice cooker - defective.  Top doesn't securely close can't initiate display.  Holding top down display shows, select white rice but unit won't start. All items ordered between 10/21/2025 and 11/4/2025.  And what's refunds don't happen until QVC receives them which is tpically 4-6Wks.  I requested replacement and customer service wanted to receive the defective before sending replacement.  I lost it.  I asked for a Supervisor to call was told within 4 hours I'd receive the call and its now nearly 5 hrs and no call.

 

QVC did this 10 yrs ago and I quit/closed my account.  This time, everything I'm not totally enamered with is going back by Jan 31, 2025.  I then once again close my account for good.
