Computers shipped without Productivity Suite 11

The big HP promotion included a productivity suite to sell the laptops, but was never delivered. BEWARE of the HP LAPTOP deal......you won't get the so-called valuable Productivity Suite.

The productivity suite is usually sent separatly. It's a download.

I just got a letter from QVC today saying that the productivity suite was not sent as is not available.

They need to send it. I've seen various posts here and on Facebook about not getting it, but after calling the Q it's coming. I'd still call. You should at least get a price adjustment to be able to buy what wasn't sent.

I just received mine today, as did another individual I know. I received the laptop on November 26th.

The same thing happened to me last year when I bought my grandson's laptop. I eventually received it - don't give up. OR get a price adjustment.

Well......at least you received the laptop! I'm still processing since 11/30, and even had to change the color to the only one in stock. I'm told the productivity suite will get to me by the 26th of Dec. Would be nice if I get the laptop, too! (Honestly, the most important software is MS Office. The rest is nothing special.)
