I purchased a Christmas Tree in July and just opened box and set up one week before Christmas. A few days in, the middle section lights stopped working. Went on a cruise over New Years and just got back. Tried to take apart to put in box but will only come apart in 2 sections instead of three. Can I return? Was going to try and fix lights but now can't take apart properly and for the price I paid don't feel like I want to keep it.  Moderator help please!

If you purchased during an all day Christmas event, you can return until the end of the month.

I am sorry that the tree did not work out. Of course you may return this; please mark it as defective. I have emailed you a return label.

@Beth-QVC..Beth, can you find out why my order is still on backorder?  It was my last order of an Auto Delivery order suppose to be delivered in December..Been in Back Order Status ever since....It shows IN STOCK online...thx
