I thought items I purchased during Valerie's Christmas in July shows were returnable until January 31, 2025? I bought several sets of these Christmas decorations ornaments that were supposed to light up. The timers don't work on any of them. I didn't test them until this weekend because I am setting up my Christmas decorations.
I kept the receipts just in case. But when I checked on returning them it says they are no longer returnable. I'm confused about this holiday return policy. I thought on shows in July they said items were returnable until 2025.
Anyone know the real policy on Christmas in July items?

@Auntiebean1 I'm pretty sure they can be returned if they were purchased during CIJ. Contact Customer Service at 888-345-5788

Out of curiosity I started a return for an item I purchased during one of Valerie's CIJ shows. This is what it said:
I think customer service needs to verify it was purchased during an actual CIJ show.

@geezerette @Auntiebean1 That's a different number than the CS number given at the bottom of the page. I wonder if it's specifically for returns. Thanks for the info!

That is the customer service number that I've used since I started with QVC and I've never had any trouble getting through as others have stated. Always had any problems I may have solved as well.
I still have one of the little stickers that used to come on our shipping labels that gave all the order numbers, and 800-367-9444 is listed as the one to call for customer service. It's not just for returns. Any customer service question or problem.

I am having the exact same issue. I purchased two items in the first Christmas in July sale (last days of June). I realized I bought the wrong design so wanted to return it only I too received the same message that it's not returnable.
I called Customer Service and believe it or not the agent told me that "only things bought September 20 or later are eligible for returns". I KNOW that's not true because it's on QVC's own website that items purchased from those CIJ shows are eligible. She finally said oh I can return it but they can't print a label for me, I have to ship it back myself. It's frustrating when their own employees don't know the policies.

I agree! What was so frustrating is that this cs rep talked over me and argued that "she's the customer service rep so I know this". I finally told her look, it's on QVC's own website!
