Christmas dooney bag is damaged I need help with this return I want a new exchange not a used doone

Call c.s.tell them you got a used damaged bag & you want a replacement!! Ask them to waive all shipping fees  relating to the damaged bag,which they will do .Once they receive the return they will then send you a new bag.If you don't want to wait that long then you can arrange for them to send you a new one but they will probably ask you to pay for it.As soon as they receive the other one back they will issue your credit.I have done it both ways!! They both work.One way is obviously faster!!

Have you called Customer Service?

One of our Moderators will be assisting you on this (I assume) but perhaps if you call Customer Service first they will be able to help you.
