I returned  an item to exchange for a different size. They charged for the one I returned AND charged me again for the replacement.

@SylvaBelle   Did you call customer service?  I'm sure they will be able to take care of it right away for you.

Just email the social team and give them the info.

 

Won't help you to just post here...we are customers like you.

 

Call CS, do Chat, email social team and it is a quick fix.

Has QVC already received the item you want to exchange? It may not be a charge but a pre-authorization hold until they receive back the original order.
