That's not necessarily true, my co worker got "the letter" for too many cancellations.

Many, many years ago I also received the 'too many cancellations' letter.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

It's frustrating. Even had you put them in the 'saved for later' category, though, once you signed out, they wouldn't be held for you. The only way to ensure an item is 'yours' is to complete the order process. Usually though, if one doesn't sign out, the items will be available for about an hour.
