FWIW, I had three items in my cart but wanted to remove one before placing order. Tried for thirty minutes and it always said the system was down and nothing would change. I had gone through TopCashback (a rebate site) for the order and finally decided to remove it and see what happens. As soon as I did, everything was working fine. I lost a couple bucks not using TopCashback but my order went through and I got a Lock & Lock item that had previously sold out.
Clear as mud? Just hoping this "might" help someone else having issues today with QVC's system.
