I don't remember getting any $10 credit for mistakes.  Maybe it's a new policy.

However, I've always made sure I haven't been charged return shipping, if it was a mistake or defective.

(The only times I've gotten dinged return S&H, when I shouldn't have, has been by HSN.  At the time, I didn't know better, but they should've.)

Well, the OP said she's done ordering from QVC, so a $10 credit to use on her NEXT purchase really doesn't do anything for her, now does it?

I've got complimentary $10 credits on a couple of occasions.

i have also @Kachina624 .

in some of the instances i remember, i did say i would keep the item that had an issue and they issued me a partial credit for my inconvenience and/or for the item not being "up to standards."

i remember quite a while back, i received a VERY wrinkled LDO coat that was very difficult to get the wrinkles out. i was going to take it to the dry cleaners in order to get it professionally done. i found out the price and QVC gave me a credit for that amount.

I did - that is the order where there is no tracking information for the return, and it has been over a week since I put in mail.
