I am on hold with customer service about my return: one hour and 10 minutes and counting. I have also tried to join a chat and cannot get any help there either.
I ordered a pair of boots on 9/10. The boots (A635530) sent to me were completely different than the ones shown in the photos on qvc.com. Since I was sent the wrong boots, I returned them and my return tracking shows that the return was delivered to QVC on 9/29. That was 6 weeks ago and I am still missing my credit. I should be credited my original shipping and not be deducted the return label.
After this whole experience I am about done with QVC.

Email you info. including order number to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com. They usually respond pretty quickly.

@Tantallum I feel your pain ! I've tried for the last 2 days to get to customer service, nada, zilch....held online about 30 minutes and gave up. Yes, it sure does make one choose to not do business with a company like that ! I'm rethinking future purchases too !

When you call on a busy week-end when free shipping is offered, you can expect a long wait. The logical solution would be to call on a weekday.

Why would you stay "on hold" for over an hour? Obviously all CSR's are swamped with the 49-hour sale on QVC and are not able to respond to phone calls. If you have time to hang on to a holding call, you have WAY to much time on your hands for a return from September!!
Call them back next week when things have settled down. Breathe and be kind.

I know people are anxious to get issues settled, but make yourself a note and call on Tuesday when the dust settles a little.
