Social Team, I have tried to change my credit card on a future EZ pay, and even though I get a message saying it was updated, it hasn't, and I have tried several times. Please help.

Did you go into the order and the particular easy pay payment you want to change? Or do you want to change the easy pay for that entire order? Either way you need to go to edit and hit the arrow. It will let you check a different card. Does the other card already exist on the account or do you need to add it to your account? If it won't let you change, then it has rejected this card for some unknown reason. What seems easy is sometimes not so.

@elated I did everything you said, and it is not changing. I sent a message to the QVC Social Team, but they cannot change it. They told me to call Customer Service, and an agent can change it for me.

What do you want to change, i.e. expiration date or add a new card? I had a terrible time trying to uodate a date on my credit card. In fact, it never happened and I worked with someone in finance. I got a new card with the same account number but the date and cvs was changed. The bank offered different designs on cards that were environmentally friendly. The answers I got were beyond ridiculous. I gave up and used another card that was on my account. Good luck to you.
