I placed my order for a long sleeve tee shirt on 4/19 and it still has not shipped out.  I was told by CS that it was an advanced order -- oh well, it was never mentioned on the Internet.  I was trying to find out if I can cancel the order with CS on the phone.  The CS agents were busy so I left my number to get a call back.  I get a call back and this woman who answered placed me on hold and never came back.  So I had to call CS again and leave my number for a call back.  Guess what?  I got the same woman and she is complaining that were screen went blank like the first time.  I doubt the screen went blank as I feel she did not want to help me.

I always get through when I call.  I was disconnected once though.

 

Maybe because I'm a big spender. LOL
