Can someone please tell me why my package was cancelled? I have emailed QVC & get no response. The package was ordered on 10/23/23. The only status was waiting on carrier pickup. Now it has been cancelled. I used to get answers here. Anybody?🤷‍♀️

Did you try a phone call to CS or do a live chat -- all good options.

If I want an answer I would never email them. You have to either call or live chat for sure. I have the best luck with chat.

Thanks everyone. I did email & got no response. When I try to track the package it says there was an exception. I have received help here before but I guess that’s a thing of the past, like so many other things. Will call & cancel as I’ve reordered to try again.

@Wayne-QVC   Nice to know, but help used to be quicker. I used to get answers from my email but didn't get one til I cancelled the package. Still have no idea what happened to my package.
