Cancelled an Easy-Pay Order on the 24th, and I was charged.

I had Originally ordered something, but I cancelled the order on March 24th, 2020. I then come to find out that they had still charged me. It is March 29th, 2020 now, and I still have not received my refund.

@SydSyd   You are not charged until if and when your order ships.  There is a pre-authorization put on your account that drops off after a few days depending on your bank's policy.
