Customer Care,
I cancelled Clinique "Happy" perfume on May 21st and still do not have a credit or a refund yet. It was on 3 EZ payments of approximately $20. Please help me when you get a chance.

We are so very sorry for any inconvenience. There are no refunds issued for canceled orders because the order has not been permanently billed. Your credit card company will release the pending authorization because QVC will not request to be billed.
