Yes, it doesn't work when I changed browser. I can watch other channels but not QVC.

@gtx Exactly what happens when you click on a video & QVC live?
When you say you "can't view," are the screens black?
Videos buffering?
Any error messages?
Can you post a screen shot so helpers can see exactly what is gong on?
Are you using a computer or an iOS device?
You stated you can watch "other channels." TV channels?

I just get a gray square when I click on "watch ". I changed to Firefox and I can now watch. Thanks everybody!

This is also happenng to me. Just a couple days ago when I click on an item and it has the "watch Presentation", in the box I click on the arrow to start the video and nothing. I took a closer look, and in the video it has 0:00 for time. So to me it says this video will run for 0 mins.
I use Microsoft Edge and this has never been a problem until 2 days ago. Thst is why I can here to see if it was just me.
I see suggestions to change browser. I don't know how to do that. I use an HP laptop I bought at QVC.

I can't watch videos either on my laptop starting yesterday. I have contacted them several times and they said they are aware of the problem amd IT is working on it. I'm not sure if that's true. Can anyone help me figure out what to do. Videos work on HSN. And videos work on my phone.
