I cannot add any items to my cart on my computer or on my iPhone. I tried calling to place an ordre and after being on hold the item was sold out. The rep said that it may have happened that I couldn't place an order online because there were so many orders being placed. Will try something else for an item that's not flying off the shelf. Has anyone else had this problem and any solutions?

After almost 3 hours holding online, they disconnected me.

Cart still unusable.

Just turned in t.v. and David keeps asking for patience and confirming problems with phones and online.

Then every item is sold out.  I tried several different items, including the TSV that was on air, and I couldn't get any in my cart.

New to this blog. No. Did not see them. Will look for them. Really frustrating. Can't add anything to the waitlist. Delay in pages loading, etc.

Its happening to me...iPhone and iPad...tried ordering a variety of things....always showed cart empty....something going wrong..

They need to let their customer service reps know about the problem so they can give accurate resposnes instead of the problem is happening because it's so popular! Please.

QVC should extend free shipping with all the problems they are having
