          That's good, @plc123.   But are the browsers the current software versions, are you using add-ons/extensions?   An older browser version or certain addons can cause problems.   

 

          And, again, exactly what happens when you try to place an order?   What do you see on the screen?

 

          Sorry for all the questions, but it's hard to troubleshoot without the details.   This clearly is a problem most customers don't have, especially as a problem lasting for months on end.   So it's highly likely there's a technical fix involving your computer.    If you could try accessing your account from someone else's device to see what happens, that might answer some questions, too.

No, I have never had that problem, either on my IMacs or IPad.

Browers are up to date. What comes up on the screen is the box to type in my e-mail address but the box that says qvc password does not come up so i can't continue so i have just been calling in if i order. It is saving me money. Thanks

@plc123, are you using an ad blocker?  If so try turning it off for that page then refresh.  If the ad blocker is the cause and you turned it off for the page you should get the box for your password.  Don't forget to turn the ad blocker back on.

          @plc123,  Thanks for more details but we're still missing a few.   There's a basic checklist of "clues" needed for troubleshooting technical problems, and all the clues are important.

 

         I mentioned add-ons/extensions and now that you described what happens it appears to me your browser is blocking part of the login info.   At times, I had to disable certain ones (like the Ad Blocker Marp mentioned) in order to see the password field...  the reason was that the website and the browser version/addons version weren't compatible. 

 

          If you'd tell us exactly which browser(s) you tried (you did try more than one, correct?) and which extensions we could better help you.   Or, if you know how to disable your add-ons/extensions, try that, quit the browser, relaunch it, and see what happens.    Even if you're satisfied with not being able to order on this website, the problem might affect your use of other things.

 

         I know this can be aggravating.   I hope this info helps you find the key to the problem.

YES! Same problem for two months.  It isn't your device, for me it's Apple all the way, iPad, MacBook Pro iPhone .  And, they don't care.  I've appealed multiple times to every source available. Saved a lot of money through the holidays . It's forcing me to shop elsewhere.

I use a IPAD Air and a IPHONE6 and have no problems placing on line orders.  SOmetimes I wish I did have a problem when I see my CC bill.

I use Windows 8.1 & Internet Explorer on my HP laptop, but I have no problems ordering. I didn't know if my info would help you any.

 

So sorry you're going through this aggravation! I had trouble for months with the videos not working, but they are now.....today, anyway!
