What happens is, the website doesn’t even accept my email address, which is my login. I literally login several times a week, if not daily, so it’s not that I’ve forgotten my login or password, plus, if I could get to the password screen, I’d be thrilled.
The website isn’t recognizing my email address as a valid login, except on my phone. It makes no sense.
When I go to login on my laptop, the website says, “Hmm, something went wrong. Try again, or contact Customer Service at 888-345-5788.”
I’ve called, I’ve emailed, I’ve rebooted. Nothing works.
