Can’t enter CIJ Sweepstakes

Not sure what I’m doing wrong, but every time I click on the enter sweepstakes button, it just sends to me to the “shop now” page....I’ve tried for several days....hopefully a Customer Care Rep can help.😊

I don't if this problem is related to yours, but for the past few days I can't order online. Keep getting an error message "our systems are currently not available". Just spoke to CS and she said they are having system problems.

@grandma petes- I've just tried it and had no problem. Having said that, I never win anything (not once for any of the competitions they or HSN have run). I was just wondering yesterday if anyone on these forums has won anything.

I'm using the MS Edge browser on my desktop. I don't know if that helps. Have you tried deleting your browsing history (cookies, etc.)? That might fix the problem for you.

@grandma petes. Have you tried using a different browser? I have 3 available on my tablet and just switch if one gets wonky. About 90% of the time that solves the problem.

Initially, I had NO problem entering, but over the last few weeks I haven't been able to. Currently I've been using Safari as my browser, so I switch to Firefox and it worked just fine. Maybe trying another browser will work for you, as well.
