I don't know what's going on ,  but for the last 2 days I haven't been able to check out . Once in awhile I can firvwhatever reason .   Keep clicking and nothing !  It's always something frustrating here !  Well saves me $$.   I would like it if the IT department could look into this .  Why one day can order then out if the blue ya can't !   All these years  never happened ....till now .  Why make it difficult for customers .  And please don't tell me to use other browsers...why should someone have to do that ,  I mean tpqvc should be accessible to whatever we are using !

I've had the same problem off and on yesterday and today. I'm frustrated because I've been unable to reach customer service for three days.

@LUV 2 SHOP    it is so frustrating I so agree !  I just don't get all these glitches truly !!!     I can't believe you can't reach CS.   Have you tried emailing them instead of calling ? always get an answer that way , I don't even call customer service any longer .  Let's hope they fix this quickly I wouldn't hold my breath .  Think of it this way we save $$$ lol !

I would send an email to QVCsocialteam@qvc.com. Maybe they can help you resolve your issue.

I have never been unable to see, access or use any function on qvc.com.   I'm using Chrome on an Android tablet.  Just sayin'.

I would send an email to QVCsocialteam@qvc.com. Maybe they can help you resolve your issue.


@elated   I may if it doesn't resolve .  I do feel it's an IT issue though.

I've never had a problem either, but if I did, I'd just change browsers and I'm sure it would be resolved.  This weekend was especially busy for QVC and that's why it was difficult to get through via chat or phone.

Having the same problem and cannot get a live customer service rep I can understand!  I see others having same issue so QVC cannot be too interested in resolving issue!

I'm so sorry. If you are having issued using our live chat and cannot contact our customer service department for assistance, please us our "Chat on Facebok Messenger option. I will also forward a request to our IT department and have the issue corrected. I sincerely apologize.

it seems the problem has been resolved.   I checked in this morning and I can check out again , save , remove , as I always have .  thanks for addressing the issue .
