Can't cancel orders ordered within a few hours?

Has anyone had issues canceling an order they just placed today? I just placed a few orders and saw I duplicated a couple Sunday Riley orders and went to cancel one and I can't. I normally have at least 4 hours to cancel an order?

We get an hour or less to cancel an order.  That's the way it's been for several years.  You should try customer service since yours is a duplicate order.

Macy's gives even less time to cancel--30 minutes???

@Lisarr I think 1 hr to cancel is ridiculous. I ALSO PLACED A ORDER,and decided to sz down.Oops,2 late.I should have checked the sz chart(even tho charts can be off as well)

many online places do not let you cancel at all once you hit submit.  QVC gives you a very short period of time; its been that way the past few years.
