Can’t believe my order was cancelled

I’m new to QVC and opened my account yesterday. Made my first purchase using easy pay and received my order confirmation via email. Today I tried logging in to check the status of the order and could not log in. Called customer service and I’m told that my order was cancelled and account closed. Mind you I’ve never had QVC so I’m confused as to what happened. Was transferred to finance to only get a recording saying that they are closed however it’s before their closing time. I left a voicemail and hope that someone calls me back to let me know the reason they just cancelled my account. Not to mention the money has not been returned to my account. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
