Another typicalo day ast QVC......I have tried to place 2 separate oprde3rs only  to be told something is wrong and call this number.  When you call this number  oif course it says they are unable to put the call through and go order online.  EVERY time anymore QVC has something special you can't place  orders like on free shipping days or the last time I had this problem is with a TSV.  FIX YOUR SYSTEM OR GO OUT OF BUSINESS....you don't deserve good customers - PITIFUL

Yes! I made multiple attempts on my iPad and it told me to call. While on hold for 15 minutes I kept clicking my I pad and it finally went through.

  This happens whenever there's free shipping!

  This happens whenever there's free shipping,all lines are tied up. 
  Plus, I'm hearing disabled and can't hear on the phone.

I see QVC is making great strides..this from the new CEO  who supposedly has all this "technological expertise"...let's see how he answers to the Shareholders

Problems like this always crop up on free shipping days.  And they seem to start with the In The Kitchen With David show.  It's almost like clockwork.

 

It's why I ordered early in the day.

 

Hopefully, the products you want will still be available later when it clears up.  That seems to happen like clockwork too.

 

Frustrating.

I read that people couldn't even get through on the phones.
