Can't Ask A Question About GE Portable Air Conditioner??

When I clicked on "ask a question," "submission unavailable" came up. Doesn't inspire confidence about the product! What goes?

@PickyPicky3    Try using a different browser.  I had no trouble accessing the matrix for asking a question.  I see that 14 questions have already been asked.

I tried asking a question a few times recently, & it said I had to be logged in, which I was.
