Can someone tell me where my orders are???

Item #377866 was supposed to arrive on 5/13...still hasnt even shipped. Item #376036 was supposed to arrive on 5/21. It HAS shipped but there has been no movement on tracking since 5/19. Yea, I know, virus...yada yada yada. I ordered sandals, make-up & perfume from 3 other companies THIS WEEK & all 3 have shipped & will be here Tues the 26th. I have 2 other items from QVC that I've gotten numerous e-mails advising me of delays so I wont even ask about that but what is up with the 2 item numbers I have provided here?

I am sorry for the delay in our response. As you noted, A377866 has shipped. As for A376036, it is at the Shreveport LA depot and should be delivered to you Tuesday. I hope that helps!

Can someone help me too

My orders have not shipped yet. Order was ordered on May 13 and order was ordered on May 14. They are Linea tops and some people have received them already and mine have not shipped yet.

I apologize for the delay in shipping your Linea orders.Our fulfillment centers have been badly affected by staffing shortages, some worse than others. Certain apparel lines such as Linea and Cuddle Duds have been much slower to ship but it looks like they should ship this week.
