I have ordered Philosophy Warm Cashmere Souffle twice now (A412010).
I ordered it on 11/17 and my order status says canceled on 11/20.
I ordered it again 11/28 and it says order canceled 11/29. I reordered it because it now has a free gift of a lip shine included. I received no notification either time.
The souffle has been shown as available for purchase the entire time.
Could someone please check for me and let me know what is going on? Thank you.

Yes please. I did not cancel it either time.
The first time I live messaged QVC and Richard said it was out of stock.

Thank you very much NickNack for trying to help. I have decided to just let this order go and forget about it. I originally ordered the Warm Cashmere Souffle on 11/17 and it just isn't worth the effort trying to get it. But I sure appreciate your help.
