i got an offer for a $75 credit if I signed up for a Q card and made a purchase by April 19th. Well, I did both, and have never heard anymore about the credit. Can someone let me know the status?

@Fofina Good Morning! The info on your account re: the $75.00 credit says that customers will get the $75 6-8 weeks after 4/20/19. Hope this helps. Cindy

I ordered Item A352766, but returned becaused the wrong color was sent. The item was returned last month with a refund total of 48.98. I have been checking almost daily to see if my credit card has been refunded, and so far I'm not seeing it. Can a moderator please check for me. Thank-you.

Let's be honest in our responses. It doesn't take 7 days to see a credit On your account. This is just another lame excuse. She will probably see the credit within 2 weeks from 5/6.

With Amazon  and many other sites any credit is done the same day.  IT IS POSSIBLE   to immediately do credits...... but many companies like QVC  would rather  to float the credit and delay it as it is in their favor $$$$to do this.
