I need help with an order that has been at a 'carrier facility' for days without getting any closer to me.  Thanks.  When I check the order on usps, it says it is at this facility and that usps hasn't gotten the package yet.

@KJPA   @newjersey    Ladies, I suggest you go to the USPS website and complete the short form to report missing mail.  You'll probably be amazed at how fast they find it.  They even made a special trip to my house Monday to bring my "lost" item.

@Kachina624 , yes I did that and it seemed to help some.  Now the package is at least in my state after sitting for awhile and not moving.   It does help to email usps.  Thanks.

Funny, I ordered from HSN last weekend and the packages were delivered to my porch yesterday!!

I have had this problem a lot during the pandemic. I have filed 2 official reports, and they resolved the problem by delivering it with two days. I suggest you go this official route because you will have something in writing and might be able to figure out who messed up.

@KJPA   The post office always says that.  They have pallets of unsorted pkgs.  They don't know what they have.  Do the form and I bet they'll find it.
