I just received my miniture roses from Phillip Watson and would like a refund.

The box was crushed and the tape was almost all off. The dirt was out of the pots and apparently leaked out of the box on its way to me.  The plants are yellow and dried out

Can a Mod please tell me what I need to do? I am not interested in a replacement at this point.

Hi @Nataliesgramma thank you for posting to us here in Community Customer Care forum. I am so very sorry that the mini roses arrived in that condition, I apologize. I have issued the refund for the first installment and future installment have been cancelled. THank you for being our customer. -Kim
