@ruthbe @Jk9 @Trix @elated @Venezia   The item was not a blow out item nor was the wording a Not Returnable item.

I don't know what is going on.

@Puzzle Piece - Do you mind sharing the item number?  It might shed some light on the issue.

But here's something similar.  I just ordered a Charles Gallen table runner (H221904).  It's not a Blowout Clearance Price, just said Clearance Sale Price, when I ordered it.

I just received it yesterday and guess what?  It says on the enclosed invoice that it's not eligible for return!  I'm happy with it, so would be keeping it anyway but, if not, I'd be contacting CS to ask what's going on.

Not only that, the invoice is nearly unreadable.

I wonder if some things are being switched to "Blowout Clearance" and orders placed before that are being caught up in it.

I'd definitely email the Social Team, if that's what has happened in your case.

@Puzzle Piece   You may want to call when you think they are not as busy.  Call the customer service number (‭(800) 367-9444‬), and when it answers, if it is a recording telling you to punch a number just press zero.  If you keep getting that recording, keep pressing zero.  Eventually the recording in the phone will say to wait for a representative, and eventually one will answer.  You can then tell them your situation.

I have seen items go in and out of blowout clearance (without a price change), so if they tell you that you can't return because it was a blowout, just tell them it wasn't marked as such and be firm.  You may need to print a label from online.  Can you do that?  Or use the return on your own option.  I am sure there are return instructions in the website somewhere.  Maybe read them before you call so that the conversation can be more productive.

Good luck!

I ordered 2 of the same item in different colors on free shipping day last week. They were marked "clearance sale price." When I received them a few days later the return address label was blank in the way it is with a "blowout" purchase. It indicated the shirts could not be returned.

Fortunately both were brand new and in good condition and they fit fine, so I am keeping them. But like what is being discussed here, there was no blurb on the page when I purchased the item to indicate it was non- returnable.

@ Venezia  It's a jacket by Rene - the Woman With Control vendor.    A Corduroy jacket.  It was a lunchtime special.  No blowout or clearance.

If it is a blowout clearance...NO return...except if defective.

For NON blowout clearance...you CAN return within 30 days

this exceptance for this is Christmas period...which is when they tell us....you have until January 31st....it's for purchases for Christmas in July specials and when christmas starts (I believe in late Septmember  (they will tell us when the date starts)

@ruthbe  Not a blow out sale.  Not 30 days.

I ordered a jacket and would like to return it for a refund.  However, I read that I cannot return it and would have to call Customer Service for any other information.  HUH????

Customer Service just re-loops me back into the menu which isn't customer service so I can't talk to a representative.

I have always been allowed to return things when I needed to.

A return packing slip was not in the delivery either.

What can be done?.

@Puzzle Piece Please email us the order info to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com, we will see whats causing this issue.    Susan
