I ordered a jacket and would like to return it for a refund.  However, I read that I cannot return it and would have to call Customer Service for any other information.  HUH????

Customer Service just re-loops me back into the menu which isn't customer service so I can't talk to a representative.  

 

I have always been allowed to return things when I needed to.  

A return packing slip was not in the delivery either. 

 

What can be done?.

@Puzzle Piece If it was a blowout clearance item they cannot be returned.  Look at your item's listing and see if it has this posted under the item title:

These items are "all sales final - no return"

When I see big price reductions I always read the description carefully.  I have come across "cannot be returned for exchange or refund" more frequently.

 

Buyer beware.  I would donate the jacket unless it's defective then I think it can be returned.

@Puzzle Piece - Strange that a brand new poster (different thread) has also posted the same thing.  Ordered a jacket, can't return it.  See that thread for more information.

 

As posted above:  "Blowout Clearance Price"  means no return, no exchange unless the item is defective or you were sent the wrong item.

 

It's not a new concept.  The Blowout items are under a separate section and the heading banner states the terms pretty clearly.

@Puzzle Piece A pointed out, that Blow Out Clearance items are not eligible for return, but if you can reach a CS rep perhaps something favorable can be worked out.  QVC has more than one CS phone number these days.  I usually call 800-367-9444 if I need CS assistance.

@Puzzle Piece You can reach Customer Service as I did yesterday.  You just have to go through several prompts and listen to the options.  I have never had a problem getting through to CS.  As others have said, I look closely for return options before I purchase and find that works for me.

Also the only time you can return a blowout piece is if it is defective.  Otherwise NO returns.  I have had that happen only once.

@ruthbe @Jk9 @Trix @elated @Venezia   The item was not a blow out item nor was the wording a Not Returnable item.  

I don't know what is going on.

Could it be past the 30 day return window?

 

You should contact the QVC social team.  They are always helpful and should be able to get you some answers.
