Can I get assistance with a return?

I returned 2 pairs of shoes on 5/15 and I have not received notification that QVC received them or an email advising me of my refund. The 2 prs I returned were Zodiac sandals #380306 and Dr. Scholls espadrilles #382739.
I now need paperwork to return Ryka sneakers #379604 as they run at least a full size too small.
