Can I exchange an item for a new size, if that doesn't fit, can I exchange again?

I ordered 5 of the new Breezies bra, luckily one was on wait list so I canceled that one.  They don't fit.  I think I can go up 1 size on the band, but the instructions for measuring the cup can't be right for me.  I'm between a C or a D cup, but I'm not perky anymore, The size chart on the item display indicates I would be a B?  If I exchange the 4 for another size and that doesn't fit either, can I try to exchange them a second time?  Thanks for any help.

I don't know anything about Breezies, but generally, if you go up a band size you go down a cup size.  Sorry, can't answer your question about returns.
