CUSTOMER CARE- Tablet Entertainment Suite 12 invalid

Bought the Fire tablet with vouchers. It took a couple of tries to get the Caseable vouchers to work, but finally got it accepted. Still awaiting its arrival.

HOWEVER- the Tablet Entertainment Suite 12 IS NOT VALID. Rumor has it that QVC sent out old vouchers that expired in June. I don't have the time to sit on the phone for hours at a time so does anyone have a suggestion for getting the correct voucher sent out? I probably should have just gone to Amazon.

@FortMyers If you receives an expired Caseable voucher please disregard. It is eligible for activation until 05.30.19.

Hi- The Caseable worked. It's the Tablet Entertainment Suite 12 that doesn't work. That's much more important.

@FortMyers  I will notify the department that you stated you were unable to use the voucher. I have also issued a request to have a newTablet Entertainment Suite 12 voucher mailed to you.
