CS need your help...........

Please check out an order for Muffins , that says "Shipped on the 18th"  and has no other info.  I have not received this order and  I no longer want this order.Please cancell it!.

I hope customer service can help you, but it’s been my experience that you can’t cancel orders that are already shipped. Being shipped means it’s already out of QVC’s hands, so that can’t be undone.

If you refuse the delivery, however, the package will be returned to QVC.

Instead of posting this in the Forum, why don't you call CS and speak with a representative?  Just a suggestion.

I already did,and got no help !  I find I get better help here.

 

I posted this in Costomer Care section,that is why they are here and what they do!
