I have an order that says delivered on the 16th but I did not receive it.........
I do not know how it could process and be delivered in 1 day anyway.......something is wrong here!

My P.O. says,they have no such tracking number,as they always say! they tell me to call QVC!

Have you tried calling customer service to have them repeat the tracking number for you. I seem to recall some time back that a couple of digits would be left off the tracking number, which is why the PO couldn't find it. (I would have thought by now that such a problem would have been corrected by now, but maybe not). (Just a thought, since it looks like you haven't gotten a moderator response yet.)
