CS Help Please - Need to contracgt CS but can't because you aren't answering the phone

I have a Contact CS on order placed 4/15  would like you to put the order through again on same card. I keep getting a "we can't handle call volume" and a hang up. Please let me know what to do. Thanks!

You rock and are amazing - thank you. I got an extra piece and two extra easy pays (plus $1 and change less). Yes, I checked - and I very much appreciate that you guys are so on top of things.
